Originally part of Atlanta’s famed Inman family estate, the Swan Coach House is a historic space in the residential heart of Buckhead — ideal for smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Convenient to a host of local hotels, including the neighboring St. Regis, our space is perfect for couples looking to celebrate their big day in a unique setting that feels nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city (despite being just minutes away from Midtown Atlanta).

  • Capacity: The capacity at Swan Coach House depends on the type of event, layout, room selection, etc. We can accommodate up to 150 guests with an indoor/outdoor set-up or 125 with a dance floor. However, our “sweet spot” is 100 guests or less.

    The Rooms:
    Katydid Room (Capacity: 35 Guests Seated): Located on the upper floor. A bright room with sliding glass doors that open onto an outdoor patio.

    BelleNita Room (Indoor Capacity: 45 Guests Seated; 150 Guests w/ Terrace): Surrounded on two sides by French doors that allow access to the adjacent outdoor terrace and garden. Has A/V capability, as well as a built-in bar.

    Main Dining Room (Capacity: 66 Guests Seated): Located on the main level in the heart of the Swan Coach House.

    Rates: Our rental rates vary depending on the usage of the space, what services you’d like included and how long you’d like the space. Rates range from $300-$1,000.

  • For events held at Swan Coach House, our on-site culinary team handles all food and beverage needs, including plating, glassware and staffing. While we don’t allow outside caterers or food vendors, we do allow couples to arrange to bring in outside items our team is unable to provide (including cakes).

  • On-site parking is included for all events at no additional charge. Valet service is required for events with 40 or more guests, but our team will handle the arrangements (so you don’t have to!) and your guests won’t have to pay for the services themselves.

  • We want to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible, which is why we’re happy to provide tables and chairs for your space. We’re also happy to assist with bringing in additional items as needed. If you’re planning to use our space for both a ceremony and reception, we’ll also handle flipping the room for you as long as you’re using our house furniture.

  • While we’re happy to provide a list of preferred vendors for services like photography, entertainment and coordination, you’re welcome to select whomever you’d like to work with. We just ask that all vendors not on our list go through our vetting and approval process, are licensed and insured, and can perform a walk-through of the space prior to your wedding day.

    We also require all couples hire a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator to work in conjunction with our event manager to ensure that your wedding runs smoothly.

  • To secure the Swan Coach House for your wedding, we require a non-refundable deposit (due at the time of booking) that varies based on your rental rate. The final balance is due in full 14 days prior to the event (via cash or credit card). All invoices must be paid in full for your event to take place.
