About the Space
An enclosed porch on the upper floor with a beautiful overlook of the front entrance of the house. This space can accommodate 20 guests seated at 4 round tables.
Pricing
All event pricing is comprised of a room rental fee + food and beverage minimum. Tax & Gratuity are not reflected in the below rates.
Daytime Events are bookable Tuesday - Sunday from 10:30am - 12:30pm, 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
You may book an additional hour to extend to 4:30pm at a rate of $350 per hour.
Daytime: $350 Rental Fee with a $500 Food & Beverage Minimum.
Evening Events can be booked for 3 or 5 hours and can take place anytime from 4:30pm to 10pm.
Additional hours are available at a rate of $350 per hour.
Evening: $550 Rental Fee with a $1,000 Food & Beverage Minimum.
Buyouts of the Entire Venue: $4,000 Rental Fee for 4 hours with a $4000 Food & Beverage Minimum
