Bar Packages

The Swan Coach House Restaurant retains a liquor license and, by law, must provide and serve any liquor, beer, and/or wine consumed on the premises. The Swan Coach House will not serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who is under the legal drinking age, or to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. All guests over the age of 21 will be charged for Bar Package rates regardless of if they are drinking alcohol or not.

Bartenders will be supplied by the Swan Coach House. Each bartender is $200.00 for an event up to four hours. One bartender is required per 75 people. Should a bar go over four hours, there is a $100.00 per bartender/per hour charge.

For a cash bar service, the Client pays only the cost of bartenders. Cash bars also accept credit cards.

For a host bar service based on consumption, the Client pays the cost of bartenders as well as the cost of the liquor, beer, and/or wine poured. The Client will be billed for drinks opened/served or the beverage minimum, whichever is greater.

For a host bar service based on hourly consumption per guest, the Client will be billed for the expected guest headcount, for however many hours the bar will be open.
